1. How do I claim a reward?
Choose an available promotional offer on the homepage, enter the bill number printed on an eligible Mokko bill, and continue through the claim steps. Once the bill is validated, your coupon will be generated.
2. What types of promotional offers are available?
Mokko Cafe offers several types of rewards including Fixed Price Offers (items at a special price), Percentage Discounts (e.g., 20% OFF up to a maximum discount), Flat Discounts (e.g., ₹200 OFF), Buy X Get Y Deals (e.g., Buy 2 Burgers Get 1 Free), and Free Items (e.g., Free Cold Coffee). Each offer clearly displays its terms and minimum bill requirement.
3. Why can't I redeem my coupon or claim an offer?
Common reasons include: (1) The coupon has expired (coupons are valid for 7 days); (2) The coupon or bill number has already been redeemed; (3) The bill total does not meet the offer's minimum bill requirement; or (4) The bill number entered is invalid or from an ineligible order.
4. Can I combine multiple coupons or promotional offers?
No. Coupons cannot be combined on a single bill unless explicitly permitted by Mokko staff. Each eligible bill allows one promotional reward claim.
5. Can promotional offers change over time?
Yes. Mokko Cafe may introduce, update, or discontinue promotional offers over time. However, any coupon that has already been issued to you will remain valid until its expiry date based on the stored coupon details at the time of claim.
6. Can I claim more than one reward with the same bill?
No. Mokko Rewards follows a one-bill, one-reward rule unless a specific promotion clearly says otherwise.
7. How do I redeem my coupon at the counter?
Copy or save your coupon code or show the coupon screen on your phone to Mokko staff at checkout. Staff will verify the code and apply your reward. Each coupon code can be redeemed only once.
8. How long is my coupon valid?
Each Mokko reward coupon is valid for 7 days from the date it is claimed. After the expiry date, the coupon cannot be redeemed or extended.
9. Do I have to provide my phone number?
No. Providing your phone number is optional. If you choose to provide it, cafe staff can use it to help locate or verify your reward record if needed.
10. Do I have to leave a five-star review?
No. If the claim flow invites you to leave a Google review, it should be an honest account of your experience. Mokko does not require a positive rating or specific wording to claim your coupon.
