Mokko Rewards is operated by Mokko Cafe, located at SCO 36, Citi Plaza, Opp. Bollywood Heights, Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur, Punjab. In this policy, “Mokko,” “we,” and “our” refer to Mokko Cafe.

When you use the rewards experience, we may collect or create:

• Your bill number and the promotional offer you select.
• Your phone number, only when you choose to provide it.
• Your coupon code, claim status, promotional details, and redemption timestamps.
• Limited device storage containing your bill details, optional phone number, and review-step confirmation so the reward flow can continue on your device.
• Standard technical information that may be processed by our hosting and security providers, such as request logs, browser type, or IP address.

Reviews are posted directly on Google. Mokko Rewards does not receive the review text or star rating you submit to Google through this flow.

We use this information to:

• Validate bills and prevent the same bill from being claimed more than once.
• Generate, display, save, and redeem reward coupons for promotional offers.
• Contact you about your reward when you voluntarily provide a phone number.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the rewards service.
• Meet applicable legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention requirements.

Reward records and coupon details are stored using Firebase/Google Cloud services. Promotional offer images may be delivered through Cloudinary, and the site links to Google Maps and Google Reviews. These providers may process technical data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some information is also saved in your browser's local storage. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser, although doing so may reset your progress in the reward flow.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate this site, with cafe staff who administer rewards and redeem coupons, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, Mokko, or the service from misuse.

We keep reward records for as long as reasonably needed to administer coupons, prevent duplicate claims, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements. Optional phone numbers are not required to claim a promotional offer.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information connected to your bill or coupon, visit Mokko Cafe with enough information for our staff to identify the record. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram, and other external sites are controlled by their respective providers. Their privacy practices apply once you leave Mokko Rewards.
