By accessing Mokko Rewards, submitting a bill number, or claiming a coupon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the rewards service. These terms apply alongside any specific conditions displayed with a promotional offer.

Mokko Rewards provides various promotional offers to cafe customers. Available promotion types may include:

• Fixed Price Offers: Featured items at a fixed promotional price.
• Percentage Discounts: Percentage savings on your bill, optionally capped at a maximum discount amount.
• Flat Discounts: Direct monetary savings off an eligible bill total.
• Buy X Get Y Promotions: Promotional item deals when purchasing qualifying quantities.
• Free Item Promotions: Complimentary menu items on eligible orders.

All promotional offers are subject to the following rules:

• Offers may specify a minimum bill amount that must be met to claim or redeem the coupon.
• A coupon may be claimed only with a genuine, eligible Mokko bill.
• Each bill allows one reward claim unless Mokko explicitly states otherwise.
• A claimed or invalid bill may be rejected by the system or cafe staff.

• Coupons are single-use and must be presented to Mokko staff at the counter for redemption.
• Coupons are valid for 7 days from the date they are claimed. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed or reissued.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or copied for reuse.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other coupons or offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Already issued coupons remain valid until their expiry date according to the stored coupon details at the time of claim.
• Offer availability may depend on item stock, cafe operating hours, and offer conditions.
• Lost, deleted, or expired coupons cannot be replaced, subject to applicable law.

Mokko Cafe reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue future promotional offers, minimum bill thresholds, or program rules at any time. Any changes to promotional offers will apply to future claims and will not alter existing coupons that have already been issued to customers prior to the modification.

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may vary over time. Eligibility requirements, including minimum bill amounts and other conditions, are determined by Mokko Cafe. Coupons issued before any promotion changes will remain redeemable according to the details stored on the coupon until their expiry date.

The reward flow may invite you to share an honest review on Google. No positive rating or specific wording is required—your review should reflect your genuine experience. Reviews are submitted to Google and are governed by Google's terms, policies, and moderation decisions.

You may not manipulate bill numbers, automate claims, attempt to redeem a coupon more than once, interfere with the site, impersonate another person, or use the rewards program fraudulently. Mokko may reject or cancel any claim or coupon reasonably believed to involve error, abuse, or fraud.

We aim to keep Mokko Rewards accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Promotional offers, rewards, and program features may change or end. If the website conflicts with a confirmed cafe bill or staff record, please speak with Mokko staff so the issue can be reviewed.

To the extent permitted by law, Mokko is not responsible for indirect losses caused by unavailable third-party services, device issues, or misuse of a coupon. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts serving Zirakpur, Punjab, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
